Sujata is a Trust & Safety leader with over a decade of experience building strategic capabilities across T&S functions. Currently, she heads the Trust & Safety Research team at Google, focusing on societal harms and content responsibility, and has previously essayed leadership roles in operations, analytics and outreach functions. Before Google, she led business transformation programs at IBM and managed operations and analytics functions at Genpact. She also serves in advisory capacities for growing trust & safety teams and marketplace platforms.
