Maggie spent 12 years serving in trust and safety roles before joining TSPA and TSF in 2023. She began her career at Facebook, where she investigated child sexual abuse before building a team working to prevent child sexual abuse, sex trafficking, and extremism through victim-centric product, policy, and process change. She went on to build and lead DoorDash’s safety strategy and operations function for which her team led the strategy behind a suite of tools to protect the community. A strong believer in a proactive approach to resilience, Maggie took a one-year sabbatical between these roles to live in a camper with her dog and husband and master the art of campfire stir fry. Throughout her career, Maggie has sought out opportunities to strengthen the trust and safety profession as a whole and jumped at the opportunity to do so full-time with TSPA.
