Ece is a tech professional with over 12 years of experience in online safety. She is dedicated to striking the right balance between fostering innovation and upholding responsible tech practices while creating safer digital environments. Throughout her career, Ece has worked at major social and entertainment platforms such as Meta and TikTok, holding roles in policy development, leadership/people management, and program management. She has managed global policy teams that develop content policies on various issues, including Fraud, Regulated Goods, and Privacy. Additionally, she has led regional policy teams specialized in the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. Ece is an active member of the TSPA and an affiliate at All Tech is Human. Currently, she is working as a Policy Advisor.
