Alice Budisatrijo leads Meta’s misinformation policy work in Asia Pacific, and is based in Singapore. In her capacity, she develops Meta’s policies on harmful misinformation, fact checking, and deceptive generative AI content. Prior to Meta, she was a journalist for BBC News and covered breaking news in South East Asia. She has a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Oxford, where she was a Chevening scholar.
