It is important to recognise and address what happens to tenured content moderators who have been working for a significant number of years. In this light, we conducted an exploratory research study using psychometrically validated tools to compare attributes of resilience, satisfaction with life, and professional quality of life between 3 cohorts; new-hires (0-6 months), mid-tenured (7-18 months), and long tenured content moderators (18 months and above). Based on the findings of this research, we designed "Recharge Up", as a data-driven initiative to aide our long term tenured employees to re-orient their meaning-making skill as content moderators, addressing their purpose at work, and recognizing their contribution.
