As the Global Vice President of Trust & Safety Policy at Teleperformance, I lead the policy function for one of the largest providers of content moderation solutions for the tech industry. I work with clients in the e-commerce, gaming, dating, video sharing, and social media sectors to shape and enforce effective safety policies. I enjoy finding innovative ways to drive better results when it comes to user safety online.

Before joining Teleperformance, I launched and led the World Economic Forum's Global Coalition for Digital Safety, a multi-stakeholder initiative to tackle online harms and create a safer, more trustworthy internet for all users. I developed new policies, practices, and mechanisms for public-private cooperation, addressing issues such as privacy, free expression, and safety.
