Leslie is a Sr. Director at Electronic Arts, where she is at the forefront of steering product innovation and organizational strategy. With her seven-year tenure, she has carved a dynamic path within the industry, currently spearheading the Community Moderation and Care organization.
Beyond her role as Sr Director, Leslie is also in her second year serving as Global Co-Chair for PRIDE (LGBTQ+) Employee Resource Group, where her influence extends to shaping global initiatives and fostering collaborative endeavors. Her dedication to driving impactful change is evident in her previous roles, where she led the Digital Services and CX Strategy Organizations.
Leslie’s journey to leadership excellence traces back to her multifaceted experiences at Dell, Inc., where she honed her skills in Business Technology and Strategy, Product Management, and Process Engineering.
Outside of work, Leslie finds solace in nature, often indulging her passion for hiking and outdoor adventures with her family.
