*Please note: If you work for a supporting company, that means your company covers your membership fees. However, you still need to fill out an application form in order to become a TSPA member. If you are not a member yet, you can find information about how to become a member below.

Membership Rate

To register as a TSPA member and receive the membership discount, you need to have a profile in the TSPA member portal, and you must register using the email address you use to log into the member portal. If you are unsure of which email address that is, please contact TSPA.

Not a member or you don't have a TSPA membership profile?

  • If you are a TSPA member but do not have an account in the TSPA member portal, you will need to do that first before you can receive the member registration fee. You will need to create your membership profile by going here. Please note that it takes about 2 weeks for us to process the application, and you need to ACTIVATE your membership account (via an email that you will receive) to complete the membership process.
  • If you wish to become a TSPA member, you can submit an application to become a member here. Please note that it takes around 2 weeks for applications to be reviewed and you need to ACTIVATE your membership account (via an email that you will receive) to complete the membership process. 
  • The deadline to APPLY for membership is 2nd September and the date to ACTIVATE your membership is 20th September. Note that TSPA membership application is a 2-step process:
    • 1 - apply for membership; if your membership is approved, you will receive an email telling you to activate your membership.
    • 2 - activate your membership; if your membership is not activated, you are NOT a member of TSPA. 
      • After 20th September, if your membership profile has not been activated (even if you have been approved), you will NOT receive the membership rate for the APAC Summit. There will be no exceptions. 

Speaker Registration

As a confirmed speaker, you will receive complimentary registration. TSPA will send you instructions on how to register. 

Scholarships 2024 Scholarship funding has been fully allocated.

We are offering financial assistance to those who need financial support to attend the Summit through scholarships. You can request financial assistance and ask for the following:

  • Request to pay $100, $50, or $0 for an in-person ticket.
  • Request TSPA to help cover up to 2 nights of hotel accommodations and up to $500 airfare reimbursement to the Summit. 

We will be prioritizing front-line professionals, content moderators, and TSPA members. However, we encourage anyone who needs assistance to apply. Please note that if we offer you financial assistance, the automatic discounts noted above do not apply. You can apply for a scholarship here. The deadline to apply is 20th of September.

Discounts

Certain groups will receive a $50 discount off the registration price. See below whether you belong to a group that will get a discount. 

Students - Students will receive a $50 discount. Discount information will be provided at the payment page during registration.

Middle- to low-income countries - Residents of low and middle-income country, as designated by the World Bank, can receive a $50 discount. Discount information will be provided at the payment page during registration.

Complimentary Tickets

Sponsors, volunteers, the Programme Committee, and event staff will receive a set number of complimentary tickets. Instructions on how to register for complimentary tickets will be sent to you by TSPA.
